In accordance with article 38, caput of federal law 9610/1998, as well as article 14 of the Berne Convention, promulgated in Brazil through decree 75699/1975, the owner of this artistic work, when commercializing it, must transfer it to the artist or his successors, as a resale right, the amount corresponding to 50% (fifty) of the profit that may be earned with this new commercial transaction (resale) within a period of 30 days. If the author does not receive his resale right within the stipulated period, the seller is considered depositary of the amount owed to him, unless the transaction is carried out by an auctioneer, when this will be the depositary (as determined in the sole paragraph of article 38 of the federal law 9610/1998).

Ana Paganini was born in Lisbon in 1995, where she lives and works. Ana Paganini started taking photographs with her father who organized her first photography exhibition in 2004. From 2014 to 2018 she studied Documentary Cinema at the London College of Communication at the University of the Arts London, where she specialized in photography direction. In the documentary projects that Paganini develops, themes of memory are investigated, in particular the themes of personal and collective memory and cultural identity and traditions.

Paganini also divides his time between film scene photography, authorial and documentary projects and event photography. Additionally, manage the father's photographic archive. Paganini's images also cross photojournalism and fashion, he has carried out work and published with: ZEIT, British Journal of Photography, Le Monde Diplomatique, Marie Claire France, Hermès, Fenwick, Soho House, Público, Brotéria, The Nature Journal, among others . Exhibits regularly, with emphasis on the following exhibitions: Solo exhibitions - Espaço Cultural Mercês (Lisbon) in 2021, Lx Lapa (Lisbon) in 2022. Collective exhibitions - A Ilha - XYZ Books (Lisbon) in 2023 and National Portrait Gallery (London) in 2023.
